Japan’s first female student drone racer?! Up until now men have ruled the world of drones, but in the next few years this may be all set to change. Though there are only a few female drone pilots now, the numbers are gradually increasing.
And there are no exeptions in drone races, with the number of female drone racers on the rise internationally.
And there’s one Japanese female student who has also volunteered to join the ranks; Keio University SFC’s Sumie Endo.Sumie, who is in charge of PR for Keio University’s drone racing team “KART” decided to build her own racing drone after she started to think about “how I want to build and fly my very own drone.”
